Quebec Court of Appeal Rules Substantially in Favour of Churchill Falls

St. John’s, NL – Today, the Quebec Court of Appeal in a unanimous decision ruled substantially in favour of Churchill Falls (Labrador) Corporation (CF(L)Co) on the issue of Continuous Energy. The Company was also awarded costs on the appeal.
