July 26, 2013 – CF(L)Co has completed a preliminary review of the motion filed by Hydro-Québec in the Quebec Superior Court this week. The company remains confident it has made a full and accurate interpretation of the terms of the 1969 Power Contract and the 2016 renewal. CF(L)Co will continue to fulfill contractual obligations with Hydro-Québec.

November 28, 2012, St. John’s, NL – The Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador Trial Division has granted a permanent injunction against NunatuKavut Community Council, Todd Russell and persons unknown. The injunction allows Nalcor to continue its site construction work at Muskrat Falls without interruption.
