Reviews and Assessments

The Churchill River in Labrador is a significant source of renewable, clean electricity. The energy from the Muskrat Falls and Gull Island generating sites will meet Newfoundland and Labrador's electricity needs and enable the province to benefit from the export of power.

Moving forward with Muskrat Falls, the Labrador-Island Transmission Link and later, Gull Island, are big decisions which will impact the future of Newfoundland and Labrador. It’s something we take very seriously. Independent reviews are a critical part of making those decisions.

At Nalcor, we’re commited to developing the Project in a way that is best for the people of Newfoundland and Labrador. We also understand the need for careful scrutiny and feedback from independent reviewers. In this section, you will find the most up-to-date reviews and assessments.
